Gibson’s taste and technique has led her to be a recognized industry educator and influential talent. “RUSK color was developed for colorists by colorists and that’s exactly why we are so excited to have Laura join the team. Her expertise, color techniques, and great eye will be an outstanding asset as we work to bring awareness to our current offerings with education, social media, and develop new products to move the brand forward into the next phase,” says Mary Burns, CMO of Beauty Quest Group.

“I’m excited to be the Artistic Director for RUSK! To influence the charge in modernizing their education, content and color portfolio. Our goal, together, is to elevate the brand and our industry.” says Gibson.  “It’s so amazing to be in a position with a brand like RUSK that allows me to give back and share my extensive knowledge. Beyond that, I am also thrilled to influence the development of relevant and engaging social content, and to develop new products that will be great tools for colorists to do their best work.”
